Mill River Consulting is owned by Daniel Ottenheimer, R.S. Mr. Ottenheimer has served as the Public Health Director for the City of Gloucester and as an environmental engineer for the Massachusetts DEP. He currently sits on several state and national advisory committees regarding on-site wastewater, and is an advisor to state and municipal governments and regional and international engineering firms. Mr. Ottenheimer holds a bachelor of science degree in environmental engineering and a master of science degree in environmental science.
