With the budget cuts across the state, many municipalities have had to reduce the hours of many of their employees... unfortunately, this has meant even Board of Health personnel who oversee the health of their community with respect to things like septic systems, food safety, etc. To augment many of their short-staffed departments, they frequently turn to Mill River Consulting to provide either short-term assistance, or long-term part-time assistance. In this capacity, Mill River Consulting assists with soil test witnessing, septic design plan review, construction oversight, and studies on environmental concerns or safety issues. We are often called in to review and consult on subdivision plans for many municipalities. We assist many communities across the state.
